All course bookings are subject to our separate Course Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the terms of your booking where brought to your attention before purchase.
Before making a purchase, please read the course description, dates, location, price and booking conditions carefully.
A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been accepted and confirmation has been issued.
4. Intellectual Property
All original educational materials, training resources, course content, photographs, videos, written information and branding belonging to Texture Curl Academy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise authorised, materials provided during training are for the personal professional learning of the attendee.
They must not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed or used to create commercial training programmes without prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms prevents the use of information or materials where permitted by law.
5. Educational Content
Our courses are designed to develop professional knowledge, confidence and practical skills in working with different hair types and textures.
While we aim to deliver high-quality education, individual learning outcomes will vary according to experience, participation and continued practice.
Course completion does not guarantee employment, business success or a particular financial outcome.
6. Photography and Video
Photography and filming may take place during training sessions for educational, portfolio or promotional purposes.
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable images or recordings of attendees for marketing purposes.
Attendees must also respect the privacy and consent of models, educators and fellow participants.

At Texture Curl Academy, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, inclusive education that gives hairdressers the confidence and practical skills to work with all hair types and textures.
To ensure a professional and fair experience for everyone, please read our booking conditions before reserving your training.
1. Booking and Confirmation
Places on our courses are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
For bespoke one-to-one and salon team training, dates and individual training requirements will be agreed before confirmation.
2. Course Prices and Payments
Our current starting prices are:
Bespoke one-to-one training: From £500 per day.
Salon team training: From £750 for up to three attendees, with additional attendees charged at £100 per person.
Group workshops: Prices are displayed alongside individual course listings.
Bespoke training prices may vary depending on travel distance, accommodation requirements, location and the agreed training arrangements.
Any additional costs will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment provider.
3. Deposits and Booking Fees
Where a deposit or booking fee is required, the amount and payment deadline will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Any remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
Deposits and booking fees are subject to applicable cancellation rights and consumer law. They will not automatically be retained in circumstances where a refund is legally required.
4. Cancellations by Attendees
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Texture Curl Academy as soon as possible in writing at texturecurlacademy@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with the booking terms provided at purchase and your statutory rights.
Where a cancellation falls outside any applicable statutory cancellation period, reasonable charges may apply to reflect costs incurred and losses that cannot reasonably be avoided.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
5. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where a consumer books online or at a distance, a statutory 14-day cancellation right may apply.
The application of this right depends on the type of booking and the relevant legal exceptions, including whether a course is a leisure activity provided on a specific date.
Where the right applies, the cancellation period normally begins the day after the contract is made.
If you expressly request that services begin during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if you subsequently cancel.
Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, the right to cancel may be lost if the relevant legal requirements have been met.
Nothing in this policy removes or restricts your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
6. Transfers and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your booked course, please contact us to discuss the possibility of transferring to another available date.
Transfers are subject to availability and the nature of the training booked.
For bespoke education, rescheduling may depend on the educator's availability, travel arrangements and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Any proposed additional charges will be explained before a transfer is agreed.
7. Cancellations or Changes by Texture Curl Academy
In the unlikely event that Texture Curl Academy needs to cancel a course, attendees will be offered a suitable alternative date or a full refund of the affected training fees.
If a significant change is made to a confirmed course and the alternative is unsuitable, attendees may request a refund.
Texture Curl Academy is not responsible for independently booked travel or accommodation costs except where liability arises under applicable law.
We therefore recommend booking flexible travel arrangements where possible.
8. Attendance and Punctuality
Please arrive at the agreed time and location.
Late arrival may result in missed training content, and it may not be possible to extend the session.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
9. Models, Equipment and Training Materials
Each course description or booking confirmation will explain whether attendees need to provide models, equipment or other materials.
For bespoke sessions, practical requirements will be discussed in advance.
Attendees are responsible for following appropriate health, safety and professional working practices during practical training.
10. Certificates
Where a course includes a certificate of attendance or completion, this will be explained in the course description.
Any CPD recognition or accreditation will be specified for the individual course where applicable.
Certificates do not automatically constitute a regulated qualification or licence to practise.
11. Professional Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful and inclusive learning environment.
All attendees are expected to treat educators, models and fellow participants with respect.
Discriminatory, abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Where serious misconduct makes it unreasonable or unsafe for training to continue, we may ask the attendee to leave. Any refund decision will be made in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
12. Photography and Recording
Attendees may be permitted to take photographs or short recordings for their own learning, subject to the educator's permission and the consent of anyone identifiable.
Recording entire training sessions, distributing teaching materials or reproducing course content for commercial education is not permitted without written authorisation.
13. Contact and Booking Enquiries
